Our Office Financial Policies

“When I ask most people what is most important in their life, I usually get an answer similar too: '1) God 2) Health and 3) Family.' Occasionally 'My health' is the number one answer. If that is truly the case what action steps are you taking to make sure you age gracefully instead of wretchedly? It breaks my heart when the only plan some people have to ensure they keep their health is ‘to hope’ they don’t lose their health. If your health is a priority, we’ll help you keep it. If there is a will there is a way.”

The following is a brief overview of our office financial policies and philosophy.

If you do not have insurance that covers chiropractic care, this is the place for you. Many of our Patients receive care without having insurance because we have several options to choose from. Ask about our “Zero-Interest Payment Plan.” New patients need only bring $79 on the first day to cover ALL expenses incurred for your initial assessment and examination. This important first day is where we determine if your condition is something we can be confident in helping. It is here where we systematically begin the process of identifying the cause of your symptoms that will lead us down the path of correction. Our affordable first visit allows nearly everyone the chance to be examined.

If you have insurance, please bring any insurance information you have (i.e. insurance card or policy number/member number and phone number) on your first visit so that we may verify coverage for you. Since all insurance companies and plans within companies vary, we will thoroughly check these benefits for you. Our office will bill your insurance for you in any circumstance that we agree that will be the most beneficial to you. Your out-of pocket expense for your first visit will be $79. This will go towards your deductible or co-payments if your deductible has been met.

Auto accident patients: Most insurance companies will cover the cost of your care for the treatment of injuries incurred from the accident. Again, please bring all available information. Without proper verification, you will be responsible for the costs incurred.
